This is a full-time position located at our training centre in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Pre-Apprentice Coordinator to recruit learners, manage their progress through reviews, and ensure their wellbeing throughout the programme.
  • Partner with external agencies and families to support current learners and handle referrals for new learners.
  • Work alongside the Apprentice Coordinator to develop your own caseload of apprentices by engaging with both new and existing employers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across Oxfordshire, positioning ACE as their preferred Apprenticeship Provider.
  • Establish and maintain learner files.
  • Communicate effectively with schools, parents, and employers.
