This is a full-time position located at our training centre in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a bustling environment and enjoys engaging with learners and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Pre-Apprentice Coordinator to recruit learners, manage their progress through reviews, and ensure their wellbeing throughout the programme.
- Partner with external agencies and families to support current learners and handle referrals for new learners.
- Work alongside the Apprentice Coordinator to develop your own caseload of apprentices by engaging with both new and existing employers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across Oxfordshire, positioning ACE as their preferred Apprenticeship Provider.
- Establish and maintain learner files.
- Communicate effectively with schools, parents, and employers.
