Our options explained

We provide a series of courses, apprenticeships, and pre-apprenticeship programmes to suit learners of all ages and abilities.

A trade diploma will help develop your skills and knowledge through both practical theory and work. You’ll be assessed using coursework, multiple-choice tests, and practical assignments.

There are two qualification levels to consider:

Level 1

This is your starting point if you want to learn basic construction skills that can help you progress to Level 2 or an apprenticeship.

Level 2

You have some knowledge and basic skills in construction. You want to increase your skills so you can progress to more detailed and specialist work.

If you’re ready for the next step, a professional diploma will help you progress within the industry to supervisory and management roles. Our new range of qualifications for industry professionals includes:

Level 3 to 7

Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction)

Level 4 in Construction Supervision (Construction)

Level 6 in Construction Site Management (Construction)

Level 7 in Construction Senior Management

Learners will also gain a relevant CSCS card on completion – Gold (L3 & 4) or Black (L6 & 7).
